Upgrade your account
There are a number of ways of upgrading your account but first you need to log into your account.
On the account page, there is a button “Upgrade Account”. Click on this and you will be directed to the upgrade page. This page gives information about the subscriptions available for the upgrade. Choose one of them by clicking the “Sign-up” button. This will direct you to the subscription sign-up page managed by our e-commerce partners, Cleverbridge.
Important! If this page asks you for an email address, please provide the email address you use with PollDaddy. If you do not, you will be creating a new account under this different email address and your existing account will not be upgraded.
When you have the necessary details filled in, click the next button on the bottom of this page. You will then be directed to a page that will summarize the details you gave and the subscription you want to purchase, confirm them and you will purchase the subscription.
You are now upgraded. If you go back to your account page, you will now see in the Account Information section, your new account type.
