With Polldaddy, you can customize your survey’s permalink. Here’s how:
In your dashboard, hover over the title of your survey in your dashboard and click Edit:
You’ll see your survey’s name, and beneath it, the current permalink which automatically includes the survey’s name. To modify the permalink, click on the Edit button:
IMPORTANT: Note that if you have already embedded this survey somewhere, all old links to it will break! It’s best to modify the permalink BEFORE you release your survey into the wild:
To modify your permalink, click in the dialogue box and change it to whatever you see fit. Here we want to differentiate this as the “spring” customer survey:
When you’ve finished editing your survey’s permalink, click on Save:
To preview the new permalink for your survey, click on view, to see it in the browser window:
