This guide is for users that already have a Polldaddy account and are having trouble connecting their Polldaddy.com account to a WordPress.com account so that they can login and access their Polldaddy content.

I do not have a WordPress.com account

1. Go to Login page and click the ‘Sign in with WordPress.com’ button
2. As you don’t have a WordPress.com account, click the ‘Need an account?’ link
3. Fill in new account form and click ‘Sign up ->’ button.
   Note: Your WordPress.com username can be different to your Polldaddy.com username
4. Authorize Polldaddy
5. You are redirected to Polldaddy.com but you cannot log in until you activate your WordPress.com account
6. An email is sent to the email address you used with your WordPress.com account, click the ‘Activate Account’ button
7. Your WordPress.com account is now active, click the ‘Sign in to Polldaddy’ button
8. At this point, you will be asked to connect an existing Polldaddy.com account if you have one by entering your Polldaddy.com login. Click the ‘Connect Accounts’ button.
   Note: You will only need to do this once
9. You will now be signed into your Polldaddy.com account.

I have a WordPress.com account

1. Go to Login page and click the ‘Sign in with WordPress.com’ button
2. As you have a WordPress.com account, enter WordPress.com login details and click the ‘Sign In’ button
3. Authorize Polldaddy
4. At this point, you will be asked to connect an existing Polldaddy.com account if you have one by entering your Polldaddy.com login. Click the ‘Connect Accounts’ button.
   Note: You will only need to do this once
5. You will now be signed into your Polldaddy.com account.
