Cancel your subscription
To cancel your subscription, just log into your PollDaddy account and go to your profile page. Here you will see a ‘Billing History’ tab, click on this to be directed to the billing page.
On the billing history page, click on the link to cancel your subscription.
You can also cancel your account by using the link provided in the email receipt you receive upon subscription. This email is sent by our e-commerce partners, Cleverbridge.

Alternatively, you can also send an email to support and we will cancel it for you.
When you cancel your subscription, your account will be downgraded to a free account and you will have limited access to reports.
